I guess there is no complete agreement on what is the longest word. However, let me show you what I think it may get close :
antidisestablishmentarianism

Secondly, I will explain it in Arabic if you allow me.

معنى كلمة Antidisestablishmentarianism
هو ضد الإنشقاقية

تقريباً و لكن الأدق أنها كلمة ميتة حالياً و كانت تعني "لا لفصل الكنيسة عن الدولة" في بريطانيا قبل قرنين من الزمان. نحجت الفكرة فقط في انجلترا و فشلت في ايرلند و ويلز. و مصدر الكلمة هو الكنيسة الانجليزية.

في ايرلندا تم تأسيس أو إنشاء الكنيسة في زمن ما "establishment"

اتى جلادستون و ألغى فاعليتها "dis" ----- disestablishment --- في ايرلندا

نشأ حركة مضادة لذا أضيف anti

هذا ما لدي لأقوله ، وأظن ان هناك كلمات علمية 100% أطول من هذه الكلمة ولكنني لا أرى اي فائدة من معرفتها.
